Complimentary Coffee, Tea, Spring Water and Cookies are available when visiting our spa. We will be happy to have any specialty foods or drinks brought in for you to enjoy. Please let us know in advance of any special requests and we ask that you make payment arrangements at that time.

Gratuity - is welcomed and appreciated.

Children - We love children and they are welcome at our spa, but we do ask that your child is well supervised for their safety and out of respect for other clients visiting our spa. Please arrange for child care during chemical services we find it is a lot to ask of a child to entertain themselves during the long process.

Cell Phones - We strive to create a peaceful, quiet and relaxing environment. Please be considerate of those around you with regards to your cell phone usage.

Pictures - Please ask for permission before taking any photos.

Jewelry - We suggest that you arrange care for your valuables prior to your visit with us.

Making Appointments for Yourself? We suggest calling one to two weeks in advance to be sure you will get appointment for the services you desire at times convenient to your schedule.

Surprising Someone with an Appointment at Our Spa? We try hard to confirm all appointments the day before they are scheduled. If you are making an appointment as a surprise for someone you care about, please be sure to tell us when scheduling so we can make every effort to not to confirm that appointment

Making Appointments for a Group? We suggest calling  four to six weeks in advance to be sure your group can enjoy services performed in the proper order, conveniently timed around their activities.

  • Please have everyone's name and the services they each desire when booking the appointments.
  • Please be prepared to reserve multiple appointment with a valid credit card.
  • A contract will be sent to you itemizing all names, services and times for your review at the time the reservations are made.
  • Services and prices in Packages are subjected to change without notice until the time a contract is signed and reserved with a valid credit card.
Cancellation Policy: 48 Hour Cancellation is required for all multiple services, packages and group reservations. A Valid Credit Card Number is required to reserve any appointments. We also have a 24 hour cancellation policy. A cancellation charge of 100% will be applied after the specified time period.

When visiting our spa please take resort traffic into consideration when allowing extra time to arrive for your appointment. If you are having services done at our spa for the first time, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork required to assure you of enjoying services customized to your needs
